The sintered bearing materials are mixed, formed and heated by the solid lubricant powder and the base material of the powdered axle bush, which are made into the sintered axle bush. The condition of matching with the shaft diameter is called the sintered bearing. This bearing will continuously provide solid lubricants to the friction surface during friction.
The strength of the sintered bearing is directly proportional to the mass fraction of the lubricant. Considering the strength of the bearing and the tribological properties of the bearing, the mass fraction of the multiple limiting lubricants in the industrial production is below 10%.
